The Cranberry Spritz is super easy to make – it’s just sparkling water, cranberry juice, lime and a bit of maple syrup for sweetness.
Cranberry juice and a little maple syrup give this mocktail a good balance of bitter and sweet. It’s better to not use cranberry juice cocktail. The extra sugar in cranberry juice cocktail is usually filled with unrefined sugar that can spike your blood sugars.
Real cranberry juice is full of antioxidants that can help rid your body of free radicals. There are also several B vitamins in cranberry juice, along with potassium, folate, magnesium and copper – all minerals that our bodies needs! Aside from the minerals this drink will give you, it’s non-alcoholic. There are so many benefits to cutting alcohol. If not permanently, even cutting alcohol for a few days or weeks can be good for you. Some short-term benefits of giving up alcohol are, better sleep, weight-loss, and lower blood sugar levels.

Cranberry Spritz Mocktail
Ingredients
- 5 ounces Mineral Water I use plain San Pellegrino
- 2 ounces Cranberry Juice not from concentrate, not cranberry juice cocktail
- 2 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 ½ tbsp Lime Juice
- Ice
Instructions
- Add ice to a cup. Add cranberry juice, maple syrup and lime to another cup and shake it up.
- Pour the cranberry juice mix over ice, then pour the mineral water on top. Give it a quick stir and enjoy!
